I. Order of Business : 12:00pm - 12:30pm (30min)

   Club Organization
        - Need volunteers for different tasks
            1. Treasurer
             Mike Timko voumteered to take on this task  - thanks !
            2. Event Planner(SciTech)
             Dan Roganti will assume this task

    Fund raising for the club
        - Find some ways to raise funds for our club,such as,
             still thinking of more ways to raise funds

        - Q; Anyone have contact info for other sponsors ?
             waiting for more contacts  -- have to get on the phone and call around too

    Promotion
        - Print more Flyers for the SciTech Exhibit, maybe 1/2 or full page flyer this time
             Dan Roganti will prepare a new flyer to showcase our exhibit at SciTech

    General:
        - Is there anyone else for the SERVO mag discount ? only 1 slot left
             still looking for more people to subscribe

    Robot Sumo
        - Need a volunteer to build the 2nd SumoBot - Hold a raffel ?
             Bob Greene is building the 2nd SumoBot
        - Need a volunteer to build the Sumo dohyo
             Dan Roganti. is building this
        - Need someone to writeup a technical description on what we need to build the robot sumo demonstration
             A brief overview of the sumo Regulations can be printed out and have it hanging up at the exhibit.
    Robot Mouse Race
        - Need a volunteer to build the robot mouse race demostration, at least 2 people(this gets involved)
             still looking for a volunteers
        - Need a volunteer to build the robot mouse (autonomouse version), --->KISS<---
             still looking for a volunteers
        - Need someone to writeup a technical description on what we need to build the robot mouse race demonstration
             Dan Roganti is preparing a technical description which will include a feature description and functional operation.
    Display Stand
        - Need a volunteer to arrange the display stand, keep a list of robots, make the display signs
             still looking for a volunteers
        - anything else ?
             none here
    Promotional Video
        - Need a volunteer to make a promo video (Rob Greene)
             Bob Greene volunteered to prepare a promo video
        - Get some more robot video footage

                      Dan Roganti and Bob Greene will compiel a list of robot videos to edit for the promo video.
