This is a workbook documenting the design work for
our exhibit for the SciTech Spectacular at Carnegie Science Center

Floorplan
The floorplan is arranged to allow us to put on a couple of demonstrations and also have a display of robots which our members have built.

Robot Mouse Race:
This demonstration involves competing against an autonomous robot mouse with a robot mouse which is remote controlled via a tether at a control station. Someone would have to navigate through the maze by looking only at the sensor lights on the control station display. Then, detemine which direction to steer the robot mouse and without looking at the maze to reach the end of the maze soober than the auonomous robot mouse.

Robot Sumo:
This demonstration involves a competition between Mini-Sumo robots. We have a pair of Mini Sumobots donated by Parallax which our members have builts and programmed. This will be a free running demonstration as their is no tournament planned for the exhibit. This is meant soley to let the visitors be able to view another kind of activity which can be done with robotics.
