I. Order of Business
    Intro
        - any new people ?

    Club Organization
        - Budget Report - prepared by Mike Timko
   
    Promotion

        - Preparing new Flyers for the SciTech Exhibit
New size-->maybe 1/2 page flyer this time
Looking for artwork/examples to use on the new Flyer

    General:

- New Shirts.
Have to prepare Logo artwork for shirt pockets
Waiting on a quote for the shirts
Have to find a way to raise additional funds for this.
Print shop mentioned that the price can be reduced using shirts on clearance.
- The first 6-pack subscription list is complete
message posted on newsgroup with directions for mailing address and subscription fee.
- Question: Anyone like to take home some flyers we currently have to post around town ?

    Any other Questions ?
       - Please bring up any issues here which you feel is important

II.  SciTech Exhibit Discussion
- Review the current schedule for the SciTech exhibit
- Use this time to brainstorm any ideas for the SciTech exhibit.
- Check on what else we need for the exhibit, add to the Supply List , or add to the event schedule
- Check the To Do List for  items to complete, add anything that's needed for the event
- Review the request list to the Science Center for  items to borrow, add anything that's needed for the event
- Question:: Anybody have or know anyone with spare materials for the SciTech exhibit ?

    Robot Sumo
        - 1st  SumoBot - is being build/programmed by Dan Roganti
        - 2nd SumoBot - is being build/programmed by Bob Greene
        - Sumo dohyo is finished(some final touches still needed) - it's available to start trial runs

    Robot Mouse Race
        - Dan Roganti and Bob Green have started preparng the pieces to assemble the Mouse maze
        - Looking for volunteer to build the robot mouse (autonomouse version), --->KISS<--- based on technical description
an example by Bobby Nansel is provided, called the BreadBot which can be used to build a robot mouse.

    Exhibit Display
- Display signs found 5"x7" plastic upright signs- (at Dollar store)
- Looking for Artwork/examples for poster to hang on backdrop
- Any more ideas for this ?

    Promotional Video
        - A Preview of the Promo Video by Bob Greene
        - Any ideas of what to put in the promo video

Bring your Sumobots for a Trial run and see what happens..

- Talk about your Projects
Anyone is welcome to bing in their robot projects, whether it's done or not,
to discuss with our members(and take some Pics too !).
