II.     SciTech Exhibit - Progress Status:.......................12:30pm -   1:30pm (60min):

I. Order of Business : 12:00pm - 12:30pm (30min)
    Intro
        - any new people ?
        - Any new Memberships ?

    Club Organization
        - The robotics club is officialy registered as a Non-Profit Organization with the State of PA
        - The complete details of the organization and it's structure will be able soon.
        - The Tax ID is registered with the IRS, we'll have our bank account soon
            to deposit our sponsorhips, due, doncations, etc.
        - The 501c non-profit status with the IRS is in progress

    Promotion
        - Print more Flyers for the SciTech Exhibit, maybe 1/2 or full page flyer this time
                        artwork/examples/suggestions are welcome
        - Post club meeting,contests to online event calendars (monthly item)
        - Q: anyone know of other places to post flyers ?

    General:
        - Found a Print shop in Westview which can find a good discount on shirts
             Possibilities include embroidered shirts that's is a cheap as screen-printed shirts(low volume only)
        - Anyone with Machine shop we can use ?
        - Is there anyone else for the SERVO mag discount ? only 1 slot left(might be still 2slots keft-not sure)

    Any other Questions ?
       - Please bring up any issues here which you feel is important

II. SciTech Exhibit - Progress Status : 12:30pm - 1:30pm (60min)
        - Q: Anybody have or know anyone with spare materials for the SciTech exhibit ?
        - Check on what else we need for the exhibit, add to the Supply List , or add to the event schedule
        - Check the To Do List for items to complete, add anything that's needed for the event
        - Review the request list to the Science Center for items to borrow, add anything that's needed for the event

    Robot Sumo
        - 1st SumoBot - is being build/programmed by DR
        - 2nd SumoBot - is being build/programmed by BG
        - Sumo dohyo is finished(some finishing touches still needed) - available to start trial runs
    Robot Mouse Race
        - Need a volunteer to build the robot mouse race demostration,
               at least 2 people(this gets involved)
        - Need a volunteer to build the robot mouse (autonomouse version), --->KISS<---
        - Writeup a technical description on what we need to build the
              robot mouse race demonstration- provided by DR
    Display Stand
        - Need a volunteer to arrange the display stand, keep a list of robots, make the display signs
        - Display signs found 5"x7" plastic uprigth signs- (at Dollar store)
      - anthing else needed here ?
    Promotional Video
        - Make a promo video - provided by BG
      - Get some more robot video footage

III. Robot sumo - Trial run : 1:30pm - 2:00pm (30min)

       Trial run
          Bring your Sumobots for a Trial run and see what happens..

IV. Open Discussion : 2:00pm - 2:30pm (30min)

       Talk about your Projects
          Anyone is welcome to bing in their robot projects, whether it's done or not,
        to discuss with our members(and take Pics too !).
       Tech Chat
          If you need help, with your robot project, there's always somebody here to help out, just ask !
       Open Chat
          everyone is welcome to discuss topics on robotics with anyone
       Book Talk
          Share your robotic books(magazines too) with others to let them have an
        idea on what it's about, it might be what they're looking for.
